A "Tech Support Session" is a series of correspondence by email and or by phone relating to a particular problem needing to be solved or a service procedure being conducted.
Based on information provided in your particular tech support request profile, we will direct you to the appropriate technical documentation needed to solve the problem or to perform the service procedure. You will need to do the work, make observations, conduct tests, and report your results. With this information, we will "Together" solve the problem or complete the service procedure.
